Davon Johnson is an alumnus of Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Communication and an area of concentration in Religious Studies. He is certified in both Adult & Youth Mental Health First Aid by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing and is trained on how to provide initial help to those experiencing a mental health or substance abuse challenge. He has also earned the designation of Sexual Risk Avoidance Specialist (SRAS) by Ascend. With over 8 years’ experience specializing in the field of adolescent health, Davon has been equipped with the tools to facilitate real life discussions with youth, helping them make healthy choices about sex, relationships, and marriage.
In 2009, Davon founded Transparent For Christ Movement (TFCM), a Christian recovery ministry offering personalized mentorship and group support for individuals seeking to overcome sexual addiction and LGBTQ+ related issues.
Davon, alongside his wife Deborah—serves as both the founding and senior pastor at Higher Calling In Christ Ministries International, Inc. (HCCMI). Pastor Davon and Prophetess Deborah focus on presenting the gospel in a contemporary and engaging manner, striving to awaken and nurture the spiritual gifts in others, guiding them toward their higher calling in Christ.

Deborah Johnson, a devoted servant of God and wife to Davon Johnson, exemplifies faith and commitment in her life and work. Owner of the online faith-focused store Integrity By Design, Inc., and founder of Heart of Worship Ministry, Deborah integrates her strong faith into her ventures. Though she began studying nursing at Miami-Dade College, a divine calling led her to ministry. Her ministry roles have been varied, including serving as a deaconess minister, intercessory prayer leader, pastor’s assistant, and co-leader in women’s ministry. Deborah is a YouTuber, blogger, and leader of a women’s ministry, which began through her blog. She co-founded Higher Calling In Christ Ministries, International, Inc. with her husband in December 2020. Deborah’s passion for the work of God is evident as she shares the Gospel, provides relationship advice, and speaks on Christian platforms, inspiring others to surrender to Christ fully. She moves and operates in the prophecy ministry in her counseling to others.

Diego is a preacher, coach, and counselor deeply committed to serving others. With specialties in business, mental health coaching, and Christian life coaching, he has dedicated over a decade to assisting families and individuals facing mental health issues. He has studied Foundations of Mental Health Coaching and Mental Health Coaching Skills and is completing his Mental Health Coaching certification from Light University. Born in Colombia, Diego celebrates over 11 years of marriage and cherishes his role as a father to two daughters. Diego’s strong commitment to youth empowerment and gospel spreading is evident in his many years as a youth director. He has worked with children, young adults, and families, blending his Christian faith, spirituality, and mental health with practical advice. Diego aims to help others reach their full potential and live faithfully through Christ.
Diego offers in-person and virtual workshops focused on youth mentorship, parenting strategies, and marriage enrichment. His sessions also address financial management from a biblical perspective, inner healing, and spiritual growth to help individuals and families thrive.

Ibelise (Lissy) Baxter, is a wife, mother of three, pastor, chaplain, mental health advocate, a life, health, and wellness coach, conference speaker, and instructor in the medical field. Ibelise is a resource to churches, ministries, schools, and communities functioning as a conference speaker, inspirational\motivational speaker, teacher, trainer, and organizer.
Ibelise is the co-founder of LoveGPS Ministries along with her husband Pastor Chris Baxter, in which they launched in Fall of 2019. They have a passion and desire to equip and train believers how to live out Christ identity through 3 simple commitments to Love God, Love People, and Love to Serve.
Through this ministry Pastors Chris and Lissy focus on discipleship and equipping people to live out scripture in their daily lives. Their focus is family redemption and restoration, youth mentoring, child development, and community outreach.
