Experience God & Grow Through A Learning Group

Small Groups

Learning Group Mission & Values

We believe in the power of a simple, small learning group. That is why Impact Family Network host 4 to 12-week learning groups in Churches, Homes, Businesses, and Online.

Learning groups consist of five to twenty-five God seekers from different cultures and ages who gather in private and public spaces to fellowship, experience God, and learn a specific subject for a set period of time with an emphasis on theory and practice.

Our end goal is to inspire Christians to go back into their homes, communities and daily rhythm of life to know Christ more deeply, serve others and walk in the joy, love, self-control, and righteousness of the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:22-26).

Jesus preached to crowds but developed His core disciples in a small group of twelve, and a larger evangelism team of seventy-two (Luke 6:13, Luke 10:1). Small group development and equipping for ministry was Jesus' mission strategy with His twelve apostles. He declared, "As the Father has sent me, I am sending you " (John 20:21).

Small learning groups are a resurgence of the type of ministry practiced by the ancient church (i.e. First and Second Century Church) as seen in  Acts 2:42-47.

The passage reads,

"They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had a need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved"
