Maria Collazos is a seasoned Neonatal and Pediatric Clinical Dietitian with a passion for equipping families to address complex dietary needs across all life stages. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University and over four years of experience at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, Maria specializes in educating and empowering parents with evidence-based strategies for preventative and recovery nutrition.
While Maria does not offer one-on-one consultations at Impact Family, she provides resourceful in-person and virtual workshops designed to help parents navigate the unique dietary challenges of their children and families. Her sessions focus on preventative care, recovery-focused diets, and practical tools for integrating healthy nutrition into daily life.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Maria offers accessible, culturally sensitive guidance tailored to meet the needs of diverse families. Her expertise extends beyond pediatric care to include the complex dietary needs of adults, making her workshops invaluable for parents seeking holistic family wellness.
Maria is only available for in-person and virtual workshops in the areas of neonatal and pediatric nutrition basics, preventative nutrition for families, specialized pediatric dietary needs, post-nicu nutrition for infants, cultural and practical approaches to family meals, recovery-focused diets for adults, nutrition education for caregivers, weight management and healthy lifestyle maintenance, stress and diet balance, and dietary support for chronic conditions.
