Suppose you cancel or reschedule an appointment before the 72-hour deadline by clicking the cancellation or reschedule link in the email we send you. In that case, we will issue a refund or allow a reschedule. If you do not receive a refund, please submit a refund request form.
Suppose you don’t attend your session apart from a doctor verified medical emergency. In that case, we will not be able to refund the contribution due to the counselor’s time or other clients who could have benefited from that session. Thank you!

She received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Exceptional Student Education from Miami Dade College. She specializes in working with children and parents with exceptionalities that affect the way they process and access the curriculum, this includes students with disabilities, emotional behaviorally disturbed, children on the spectrum, intellectual and physical disabilities and other special giftings. Her certification includes ESE, TSOL, and Reading Endorsement. She has the heart to help children achieve educational and behavioral success, parents navigate their educational choices and for women/mothers grow in their relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. Dr. Jasmine S. Ambeau is a 15-year veteran teacher in the Miami–Dade County Public School District with certifications in ESOL and Gifted Education. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Elementary Education from the University of Florida (UF) and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in curriculum, research, and policy from Barry University.
Reverend Vensen Ambeau is a preacher, teacher, and speaker. He has been pastoring for 11 years. He has pastored 4 churches and currently pastors in Homestead, FL. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Religion from the University of Florida (UF) and a Master’s of Divinity from Duke University. He also serves as a Chaplain for the Miami-Dade County Police Department –Northside District.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Christian Ministry with a minor in Christian Counseling from the University of Fort Lauderdale, Master of Arts (M.A.) in Pastoral Counseling: Marriage & Family Counseling from Liberty University, and currently working on a Master of Divinity from Liberty University.
