Reschedule your appointment also by finding the email sent to you by Impact Family. Check your spam box too. The subject line should read, “(Service) booking Appointment Approved.” You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by going to this portal.
Please remember only cancelations and rescheduling done before the 72-hour window will be honored.
