When inviting counselors and speakers from Impact Family Christian Counseling & Wellness Center & Wellness Center to your venue, please note the following travel arrangements and associated expenses:

1. Travel Costs: All travel expenses, including airfare, ground transportation, and accommodation, are to be covered by the hosting institution. We strive to keep travel costs reasonable and will work with you to secure the most economical options.

• Airfare: Economy class tickets for domestic travel; international travel arrangements will be discussed individually.
• Ground Transportation: Costs for transportation to and from the airport, hotel, and venue.
• Accommodation: Lodging in a comfortable, mid-range hotel. We kindly request that accommodations include basic amenities such as Wi-Fi.

2. Per Diem: A daily allowance to cover meals and incidental expenses during the stay. The standard rate is $50 per day, subject to adjustment based on location and duration of the visit.

Our fees are designed to be affordable and to reflect the value of the services provided. The following outlines our regular fees for various services:

1. Workshop Fees:

• In-Person 4-Hour Workshop: Starting at $100
• Weekend 30-48 Workshop Retreat: Starting at $2,000
• Virtual 4-Hour Workshop: Starting at $600

2. Counseling Sessions: Individual and group counseling sessions can be arranged as part of the workshop or separately, with rates starting at $100 per hour.

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to enter into a contract.
• Escrow Payment: The remaining balance must be placed into escrow at escrow.com no later than 14 days before the event. This ensures security for both parties.
• Refund Policy: In the event that the speaker does not show up, a full refund will be issued within three business days after the scheduled event.

We require all hosts to have a contingency plan in place to address unforeseen circumstances, including acts of God, that may prevent the speaker from attending the event. This ensures that the event can proceed smoothly even in the face of unexpected challenges.

• **Cancellations by Host**: If the hosting institution needs to cancel the event, the deposit will be retained. Any travel expenses already incurred will be invoiced.
• Cancellations by Impact Family Christian Counseling & Wellness Center & Wellness Center: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, all deposits and any pre-paid travel expenses will be refunded in full.

• Venue Requirements: Please ensure that the venue is equipped with necessary audio-visual equipment, seating arrangements, and any other specific requirements communicated in advance.
• Event Coordination: We recommend designating a point of contact from your institution to coordinate with our team to ensure smooth planning and execution of the event.
