Our counseling sessions operate on a sliding scale based on household income, with a suggested contribution rate of $90-$180 per 50-minute session. We believe everyone deserves access to compassionate care, regardless of financial circumstance.
Due to rising operational costs, we have had to move to a fully sliding-scale model. This approach helps sustain fair counselor compensation and ensures we can continue covering essential expenses, including office space, insurance, legal compliance, administrative support, and support for those in need.
Full or partial scholarships may be available for families and individuals earning under $39,000 per year, as well as for those who have experienced recent financial hardship or special challenges despite higher earnings in previous years. A household includes everyone living together who shares income and expenses such as rent, food, and utilities.

Jack Hakimian is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ and a seasoned Christian counselor with over 30 years of ministry and counseling experience. He is the founder of Impact Family Christian Counseling, known for its Christ-centered, Spirit-led approach to healing and transformation. Jack’s powerful testimony—surrendering his life to Christ in a Los Angeles County Jail Blood Gang unit in 1992—has been featured internationally on The 700 Club and American Bible Society, and on the Christian Broadcasting Network and the Miami Times.
He has been married to Jhael Hakimian for over 28 years, and they have four sons. His commitment to family, discipleship, and restoration shapes his work with individuals, couples, parents, and leaders. His counseling emphasizes biblical truth, dependence on the Holy Spirit, and practical wisdom for real-life transformation.

Christian Simpson is a dedicated Christian Counselor passionate about providing Christ-centered emotional and mental health support.
