Depression and anxiety is a real part of life. Even as Christians we have thoughts about giving up on God or giving up on life. Sometimes, it feels impossible to continue holding on. I’ve asked myself what to do when I feel like quitting or when I feel like giving up. The Bible gives an amazing answer to the cry, “please help me!” God is there for you even when you’re discouraged or feeling hopeless. Even when you feel like giving up, God is there for you!
