This scheduling portal is reserved exclusively for emergency sessions or prearranged off-calendar appointments.
Our standard booking application requires a 24-hour lead time; however, we recognize that urgent situations arise that require immediate support. If you have already coordinated a specific session time directly with your counselor outside of their standard availability, please follow the instructions below to finalize your booking.
Booking Instructions
To secure your priority session, please complete the following steps:
Prior Approval Required: Ensure you have received written confirmation or a direct request from your counselor before proceeding.
Secure a Placeholder: Select any available date currently visible on the counselor’s calendar. This acts as a temporary placeholder to bypass the system’s standard restrictions.
Specify Actual Details: In the Comments section of the booking form, please clearly state the actual date and time you and your counselor agreed upon.
Confirm the Adjustment: Immediately after booking, notify your counselor via email and SMS to confirm the placeholder has been set and request the manual calendar adjustment.
